SPA ARRIVAL & ETIQUETTE

We at the Elizabeth Adam Spa recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows you time to relax with a soothing cup of tea and familiarise yourself with our surroundings before your scheduled therapie. Please note all treatments end on time regardless of start time. For the enjoyment of our guests, please note that mobiles are not permited at the spa.

Reservations
To avoid disappointment we recommend you book at least 2-4 weeks in advance of your preferred date and choice of treatment time. Credit Card Details are required to secure bookings. Our knowledgeable Spa experience co-ordinators are delighted to guide you through the experience that suits your needs.
Health Matters
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time if booking your appointment. This includes pregnancy,high blood pressure, allergies, hearth condition, diabetes etc...
Comfort
For your comfort and convenience, robes, towels, slippers and lockers are provided for your complimentary use during your visit. Complimentary shower is avalieble in men's and lade's locker rooms.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before your appointment time will not incur a charge however any later and a fee of 100% of the service will be charged.

Days of beauty and spa packages
Full payment is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation. All Day Spa Packages are strictly non-refundable, however are transferable to an alternative date or named person subject to availability and a minimum of three days notice.
